ADDRESSING THE PROBLEM

With millions of people working and learning from home, new challenges have emerged for families  attempting to share space in ways they never have before. Tag Team learned that many parents have  struggled with the convergence of their home and work environments. Maryam, one of the parents we  spoke with, expressed feelings of stress and guilt, saying she was "unfamiliar with navigating this new  atmosphere of juggling multiple roles with no sense of separation." Through hundreds of conversations,  Tag Team learned work-at-home parents with elementary school-aged children, virtually learning from  home, feel stressed and overwhelmed managing their professional responsibilities and being present for  their children. 

The types of challenges that parents described to us were primarily related to coordinating their family’s  schedules, task management, and issues with technology. Our product multiplies parents' power by  introducing a new teammate to re-shape family home dynamics and address these specific needs:
